Patricia Perry is not a stranger to award ceremonies!  Patricia is a past recipient of the Excellence in Cancer Pain Management group award twice over and is also a recipient of the Margo McCaffery Excellence in Pain Management Nursing Award.  Patricia is a strong advocate for pain management and has demonstrated her passion by revitalizing the American Society of Pain Management Nurses (ASPMN) local chapter where she is currently serving her second term as President where she has increased membership and visibility through facilitating continuing education lecture series  Patricia also serves as a nursing instructor at Azusa Pacific University where her commitment to pain management shines through as she mentors students in the importance of assessment skills related to pain management.  SCCPI wholeheartedly supports Patricia’s efforts by awarding her the Excellence in Cancer Pain Management Award.
